Bill Quirk '63 is retiring from his role as an assembly member after 10 years in the California legislature. He has been asked by UC Berkeley and Stanford to be a senior fellow, an unpaid position that allows one to mentor scholars wishing to change state and national policy. He will also spend more time with family, particularly his three grandchildren, and will take all those trips he was too busy to take before.
