Claudia (Vazquez) Hampton '13 received her Masters of International Affairs on Thursday May 30, 2024 from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at the City College of New York. She was the recipient of the 2024 Randall Forsberg Scholarship for Peace, for her graduate thesis on nuclear nonproliferation and diplomacy. During her final year of graduate studies, she completed an internship with the U.S. Department of State working under the New York Metro Area Diplomat-in-Residence. She will be relocating to Houston and looks forward to continuing her career through the State Department’s domestic and international programs.
