Tyler Artis '15 is the founder and creator of SHARE A SMILE, LLC. What began as a personal challenge eventually developed into a full fledged business. His goal was to have a positive impact on one person, every day, simply by sharing a smile. He invited family and friends to take part in the challenge and even designed stickers with the saying on them as a fun way to remind people of the call to action. Well the demand for the stickers grew to a level that Tyler knew could have an even larger impact. He wanted to do more to spread kindness and amplify the important message of “share a smile.” He has since launched a line of inspirational apparel with plans to include more items in the near future. His ultimate goal for SHARE A SMILE is to open brick and mortar locations that serve as gathering spaces that can host community events, workshops, and be a resource for different communities across the country.
