La Salle Welcomes Students from De La Salle Buenos Aires
Lancers senior Nola Kilar and junior Elaine Liu, members of the Global Envoy Club, welcoming the visiting students at Los Angeles International Airport earlier today.
Today, we are thrilled to welcome six students from De La Salle Buenos Aires, Argentina, for a two-week cultural exchange and experiential learning program at our school. As our first visiting group of 2025, these students are eager to immerse themselves in our community, engage with their peers, and share meaningful experiences.
Reciprocal cultural exchange is a cornerstone of La Salle’s Center for Cultural Perspectives, now in its third year. The Center has connected hundreds of students and families through enriching global programs. These initiatives foster curiosity and a passion for cultural exploration, promote mutual understanding of diverse perspectives, and develop essential intercultural competencies—empowering students to navigate and thrive in today’s interconnected world.
During their stay in Pasadena, the visiting students will be hosted by La Salle families. They will attend classes, participate in extracurricular activities, engage in community service, and fully experience life as part of our school community.
