• Describe what your club/organization is about and what you do

Being in California, we are fortunate to have great weather so this club brings together two sports that can be done year-round: snowboarding and surfing. The club was also created to allow students a chance to connect, be outdoors and push each other to get better at snowboarding and surfing while having fun. To date, the Club has had 20 outdoor outings!

• Favorite activity/event of the year (or greatest achievement)

Every trip has been fun, but some of the most memorable have been snowboarding at night and catching the sunset while out in the ocean. The Club's biggest achievements have been watching club members improve on the snow and on the water, as well as watching individual passions grow for both sports.

Goals for the future:

Hold an Equipment/Gear donation drive to encourage others who’ve never snowboarded or surfed to come out and try without having to spend a lot of money.
