Jazz Band Performs for Tournament of Roses Event

La Salle's Jazz Band, led by Music Teacher Greg Ziomek, was invited to perform entrance music for the Tournament of Roses New Year's Eve Breakfast honoring the parents and families of the two teams playing in the Rose Bowl. The breakfast took place outside at the Rose Bowl. This was quite an honor for our student musicians who thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Click here to see a clip from their performance.

Young Alumni Professional Development Workshop

The Young Alumni Committee of the La Salle Alumni Association hosted their first-ever Young Alumni Professional Development Workshop on January 5th via zoom. Learning from Lancer Alumni: Resumes, Internships and Networking was offered to 2020, 2021 and 2022 Lancers and featured a panel of Lancer Alumni from 2018 (Jeff Daley, a senior at Vanderbilt University, Mary Harmon, a senior at Santa Clara University and Raphael Navarro, a senior at USC) who shared their experiences with building resumes, cover letters, finding internships, using Linked In and more. Passing of Sister Ann Marie Lustig

The Alumni Office regrets to inform you that Sister Ann Marie Lustig, O.P., AFSC passed away on January 17, 2022. Sister Ann Marie worked at La Salle from 1990-1998 serving as Religious Studies Department Chair, a counselor and the moderator for numerous clubs and organizations. Sister Ann Marie also taught at La Salle High School in Milwaukie, OR and was a founding faculty members of La Salle High School in Yakima, WA. Sr. Ann Marie received her AFSC in 2008 while serving at La Salle in Yakima which was her final school ministry assignment prior to being elected to her...
