Since its initial video conference in May, our DEIB Task Force has met twice on June 5 and June 12 to discuss the strategic planning process and the framework being used by Dr. Joel Pérez. Rooted in our Catholic Lasallian mission, this effort is focused on having meaningful and impactful discussions on how we can become a leader in our community as we nurture, inspire, challenge, and motivate our students, faculty, and staff. On June 11, 2021, our Board of Trustees and school president Perry Martin honored outgoing board chair and proud La Salle alumnus Mr. Bob Nuccio ‘71, P’00, ‘02, ‘04 and celebrated his dedication and service to La Salle! We’re extremely grateful for Mr. Nuccio’s support and guidance during his time as the chair of our Board of Trustees. The Class of 2021 was well celebrated with a week of Senior events that encapsulated their time at La Salle. Starting with Senior Send-Off, the seniors gathered on the old baseball field to symbolically watch the sun set on this chapter of their lives.
