Five La Salle Seniors Named 2025 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists
We are thrilled to announce that five of our outstanding seniors have been named Semifinalists in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program! Congratulations to Jake Hoskins ‘25, Ethan Lin ‘25, Annie Liu ‘25, Xinyan Liu ‘25, and Lucas Truong ‘25 for placing in the top 1% of PSAT scorers nationwide, a testament to their hard work and dedication. These five students are now one step closer to earning National Merit Scholarships, which include awards of a $2,500 scholarship, corporate-sponsored scholarships, and college-sponsored scholarships. Lancers Shine at the National Hispanic Institute Leadership Programs
This past summer, some of our Lancers attended the National Hispanic Institute leadership programs, attending sessions at UC San Diego, St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Washington D.C., Colorado State University, and the University of Denver. Congratulations to Noah Leiva, who earned the title of “Most Promising Leader,” outshining nearly 100 peers from across the nation! We also celebrate the dedication of Mario Cassina, Julian Gomez, and Soraya Hernandez, who have consistently demonstrated their commitment by advancing through the NHI program from their freshman year to their senior year.
