    Last month, we hosted the 2024 "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Language Competition for Elementary and Secondary School Students, part of the Los Angeles Southwestern U.S. Regional Preliminary. Organized by our Center for Linguistic Exploration, the competition welcomed around 30 talented students from the region, all eager to demonstrate their Chinese language skills and cultural knowledge.     For the month of May, we embraced our commitment to mental health and wellness with a series of uplifting activities for Mental Health Awareness Month. From Hula lessons with Ms. Hakanen and gentle yoga with Ms. Shaw to mindfulness meditation with Coach Tui in our serene Amphitheater, we focused on nurturing our minds and bodies in the community.
