Speech & Debate at the Big Bronx Invitational in New York
Our La Salle Speech and Debate team had an incredible weekend at the Big Bronx Invitational in New York! Four of our Lancers represented La Salle at the tournament and performed to their full potential. For the first time, Darya Rytova ‘23 made the quick jump from Debate to Limited Preparation Speaking for the tournament, Gavin Hussain ‘23 and Joseph Nahas ‘24 won 4 out of 7 rounds and came close to making it to the final rounds, and Callum Rangan ‘23 made it to the final round in Humorous Interpretation and placed 6th overall in the tournament. Homecoming 2022 Recap
Homecoming 2022 on Friday, October 7th was a true all-alumni event with graduates from 1960-2022 in attendance! Over 150+ alumni tickets were sold and we loved seeing so many alums at the Alumni Tent near the east end zone. We honored over 60 Athletic Hall of Famers at half-time and the Lancers ended the evening with a win over the St. Anthony Saints.
