Lancer Lawyer Alumni Network Happy Hour
The Lancer Lawyer Alumni Network hosted their very first in-person event on August 31st. Alumni in the legal world, those with a JD and those considering law school gathered at La Grande Orange on August 31st for a happy hour sponsored by LLAN member Michael Martinez '88 and his firm. La Salle's CARLOW Center and $1 Million Grant Featured on ABC7
We are honored to share that La Salle's CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation that was established with the transformational $1 million grant from the Carrico Family Foundation, was featured on our local ABC7 news! We are always excited to share what we are doing at La Salle to further our students as we nurture, inspire, challenge, and motivate them to Learn, Serve, and Lead in school and beyond. Congratulations to the Academic Decathlon Team
Our Lancer Scholars are back on campus after returning from a triumphant week in Prague at the Global Round of the World Scholar's Cup. They represented La Salle with distinction, competing with over 500 international students representing 20 different countries. All three of our teams finished in the top 10. Aidan Suyapto '23, Adrian Kong '23, and Meizha Candelaria ’23 finished tenth place; Arthur Camara ’24, Katareena Roska ’24, and Matthew Tesoro '24 finished in fifth place; and Zacky Culver ’23, Tomas Posada-Awad '23, and Andrew Lai ’23 finished in second place. La Salle Establishes CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation with $1million Grant

With our Strategic Plan in place, and with a transformational grant of $1million from the Carrico Family Foundation, La Salle College Preparatory was able to establish the CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation. The Carlow Center for Medical Innovation is located in a newly constructed facility created with hospital and medical research interiors. Inside, students will practice laboratory skills in our biological specimen lab and complete real-world simulations on our newly acquired SIMX VR Medical Simulation applications. La Salle is the first school in the country to partner with SIMX to develop personalized virtual reality medical simulations for skills training. Students...
