29th Annual Lancer Invitational Golf Tournament

La Salle College Preparatory proudly hosted the 29th Annual Lancer Invitational Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Pan and Guan Family, at the La Cañada Country Club. The event brought together 112 golfers for one of the largest and most successful tournaments in school history, uniting alumni, parents, and friends of the school for a day of camaraderie, competition, and community in support of La Salle’s mission.

Proceeds from the tournament benefit the San Miguel Scholarship Program, which provides transformational opportunities for students from underserved communities. Through this program, students gain access to a Lasallian education, a nurturing environment, and the opportunity to pursue their dreams.

The day began with opening remarks from President Perry Martin, who delivered a heartfelt message and led the crowd in prayer. He also guided the entire gathering in a moment of silence to honor the victims of the Eaton Fire, whose courage and resilience continue to inspire the La Salle community.

Special congratulations go to Dean Griffith ’00, Hector Campos ’00, Jason Kenoyer ’00, and Steve Van Leeuwen ’01, this year’s tournament champions, and to Chi Lee and Vince Calip, winners of the Mega Putt Contest. The event also featured the first-ever Helicopter Ball Drop, a new and exciting addition that drew enthusiastic participation from golfers and spectators alike.

La Salle College Preparatory extends its sincere gratitude to all sponsors, participants, and volunteers for their generosity and continued support. The school looks forward to welcoming the community back next year for the 30th Annual Lancer Invitational Golf Tournament, a milestone celebration of this cherished tradition.
